      This dental office is truly one of a kind. I'm a very nervous dental patient so going to the dentist is always a nightmare for me but now I realize... it can actually be quite a pleasant experience! If you're looking for a kind, trustworthy, gentle dentist... I would highly recommend giving this office a try. The girls at the front desk (I dealt with Diane) were so sweet and kind and the dentist (I had Dr Soraya) spent a ton of time going through options and stopped every 5-10 minutes to make sure I was doing ok. I should mention as well that I saw a dentist previous to seeing Dr. Soraya who told me I needed $8,000 worth of dental work and was pressuring me to book in for it ASAP, I left Dr Sorayas office with a bill just under $2000 and totally pain free. If you told me 2 weeks ago I'd be writing a rave review for a dentist... I would have told you you were crazy but here I am! Give this office a try and I hope your experience is as positive as mine.

      I felt really uncomfortable, I knew it was a little weird that they were getting people to make reviews for a chance to win an iPhone 15
      But, after feeling discriminated and getting lectured by the older receptionist.
      I left crying because she said something about them losing money?
      I suffer with anxiety and depression so it was hard making the appointment at all.
      I've only been here a couple of times, but I will say disregarding that receptionist, Dr chan and the dental assistants were great with the care of my teeth.
      I just won't be coming back due to feeling uncomfortable with the reception.

      reception staff and dental assistants were very kind and helpful. however, dr. Bains was quite rude. came in for a consult for TMJ pain for possible Botox injection, felt very talked down to when asking simple questions and she seemed annoyed. she wanted to put 90 units in my fave costing over $1000 and didn't seem to have the time to answer two questions regarding the treatment. Left super unhappy.

      Shady and/or incompetent: I went to Angel Care Dental in December while under a very comprehensive dental insurance. About 4 months later, I got emailed with a bill for $195 with zero context. On further inquiry, I was told that I had "used up limits for cleaning and exam" and so my insurance failed to pay $163. Imagine my surprise when I log in through my insurance provider's website and discover they never filed timely claims to begin with. They quickly retracted $149 on being probed and offered to "absorb" $14 worth of fluoride treatment, as a courtesy. Nice gesture, right? They never filed a timely claim for that treatment either, in the first place.

      Now, I understand that people make mistakes. What really challenges trust though is a lack of professionalism (poor use of language over emails) and lack of ownership of problems (misleading explanations; no apology). Trust is essential between a customer and a business, more so when the business involves their health. If something this small requires so much back-and-forth scrutiny, it does not impart confidence about more serious decisions. They haven't even had the decency to respond to my email complaint, which I requested to be sent to the owner.

      To summarize, I don't recommend Angel Care Dental. It appears they only care about making as much money as possible from customers, instead of treating them as people.

      Charged for a missed appointment because my kid was sick and puking. Their solution was to bring my kid and they could watch him. Great idea, bringing a puking 3 year old just so you don't miss the appointment. Never going back or recommending any one to go here. I've missed probably 3 visit in the past 5 or so years. It would be understandable if I missed them often which I don't.

      Also every time I do go they always try and make me pay when I have full coverage. It's like their staff tries to squeeze out every penny they can.

      And 100 dollar charge for missed appointment is ridiculous! Don't go here!

      Loved my experience at this office. I'm very fearful of the dentist and waited 2 years to go in since my last experience. The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming.I had a lot of questions about my insurance and they were so patient and really broke it down for me. Dzi the Hygienist made me feel so comfortable. She was so friendly I almost forgot I was getting my teeth cleaned and I actually enjoyed it. She really took the time to educate me on my dental health without being condescending I will for sure recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good dentist and enjoyable experience with getting their teeth cleaned :)

      I had a horrible experience with this office. I haven't been to a dentist in years. I have not trusted dentist and this experience solidifies my distrust. I had made an appointment for a cleaning. That day I came in 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork, and to update my account with my dental insurance. I know I have a certain amount on my insurance a year. I made that aware to the receptionist. However, I am not sure how she had entered this in. She assured me that she knew how to deal with insurance, and has done this for quite some time. Something felt off but I shrugged off this feeling and went in for my appointment. I was called in, and shown where to sit. As the cleaning commenced, I was notified that I had some cavities that I could have done during my appointment. As they told me what they think should be done, they entered this into their system. I was told this would be completely covered by my insurance. So I went ahead with the fillings. During this time, they had found more cavities that they suggested I should have fixed. So, I made an appointment for these to be filled. During this appointment, they once again found some more cavities. I think I have had over 10 filled in at this point. After the appointment, I went to the desk, and was told I could leave. Two days later, I received a call telling my that I went over my insurance limit. $1,000 over my limit! I was shocked since I was told this all would be covered by my insurance. It turns out that the receptionist entered in my plan incorrectly. My mistake was I should have been more aware of my dental insurance and what was covered. But that being said, the receptionist should have called my insurance company if they weren't sure. Don't just guess. I have asked my family members and all their dental receptionists called their insurance companies before commencing their appointment. Six months later, I am still having problems with my teeth that have been filled. I now have an infection in my tooth and gum, that was just worked on. I went to my family's dentist. My dentist from when I was a kid. I took my statement in to him, and he was shocked. He took a look at my dental record and 1 cavity in 10 years, and here I have 10 cavity's filled in 6 months. Right now, I am still trying to fix this infection, and at best I am needing a root canal. I am definitely not happy with this dental office.

      nice building with new equipment. good cleaning and polishing services. firendly staff, accomadating, good booking, generous...

      but............
      BEWARE

      one of the actual Dr/ Dentists was setting me up for fillings i didn't need! plus they mis identified some teeth. i was pretty hesitant so i went back to my old dentist for another opinion. and was told no work was needed!

      came very close to having my mouth drilled for NO reason.

      also on a previous occasion a cosmetic procedure was pushed at me.

      they were fine when just cleaning my teeth the last couple years but after those false fillings i dont think i will be back.

      Its still a convenient place for a cleaning / polish but i dont know about anything else...
