Best.macaron.EVER!! I love macarons, and have tried many macarons at some highly recommended places in Paris. These by far have been the best I've ever had. They were incredibly fresh and flavorful. There weren't as many choices as some other places serve, but there were still around a dozen or so flavors. OMG. If I'd known they'd be this great I would have bought more!

INCREDIBLE BRIOCHE. You must come here! We came here three times on our trip of five days. Get the pink praline brioche. We had no idea what this was, but one bite, and you're hooked it.
The pink brioches are their best seller, and you can watch the bakers working so hard to keep up with demand and churn them out in the back.
Smell the brioche. Touch the brioche. Taste the brioche.
Fluffy, doughy, the pralines are a taste I've never tasted before. We didn't try the chocolate brioche since it was less novel, but this praline brioche? Wow.

The praluline does not disappoint. Be warned that just one is quite a large serving and meant to be shared! I loved that brioche doesn't have to be boring... it can be sweet and nutty!
I also purchased an assortment of chocolates, all of which were beautiful to look and yummy to eat. They came in a lovely tin box that I have found another use for, and it kept my sweets safe as I flew back to the United States.
Just so you know... I am a bit of a chocolate snob. Have even harvest and processed my own beans in Colombia. Please take my word that these are outstanding chocolates.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Min C.Toronto, Canadá340301257325 de mar de 2016
you do not know brioche if you think it is good here. please do yourself a favour and go to du pain et des idees if you want to experience a real brioche. I assume anyone who gives this place good ratings just doesn't know any better YET.
You would expect this place to be good if their main single product is brioche. but nooooooo. Not only that but the chocolate they use in it is not even good. I am a bit biased because it is dark chocolate which I don't like, but legit its chocolate chips that I can buy from the supermarket in those bags to make muffins/cakes with. I do have to say though that there are a TON of chocolate bits so that is probably a huge bonus for some people.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 25 de feb de 2015
I was recently given a delicious treat from this amazing restaurant / bakery from someone I know who traveled to Paris, France. The sales person said that the particular brioche I received would keep for 3 days and it has remained delicious and fresh just as he had promised.
I was fortunate to try the brioche with the sweet pink sugar coated pralines and hazelnuts and it is honestly unlike anything I have ever tried before, you can tell it's made fresh daily and with love! If I'm ever in Paris I will make a special trip to purchase this again and try some of their other treats!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 5Oh no 0 - 29 de dic de 2017
It's a cute store with very friendly service and a lot of great chocolate and sweets in addition to brioche loaded with chocolate, candies, etc. Nothing is cheap, but the chocolate bars are definitely worth the 9-10 Euros each, especially for the one with pistachio cream in the middle but they're all very good (and if you buy 10, the 11th is free... just saying). The marron glace (candied chestnut, a holiday tradition) was a bit tasteless but overall I would eat most anything from this shop and it's well worth a stop.

Small and friendly - a great place to pick up high quality chocolate! 100g chocolate bars were 5 euros each, and they also have an assortment of variety packs if you want to try more of their bars. The woman helping me was very friendly and I sampled a lot before making my decision. ALSO don't miss the Praluline - brioche with pink sugar praline dispersed throughout. So delicious and equally as pretty. Very centrally located near Le Marais/Les Halles, and right next to Centre Pompidou!

I tried a handful of Paris's best to offer bakeries and this place was hands down the BEST one!
Me and my boyfriend have different interest when it comes to eating sweets. He favors flakey buttery bread (such as croissants) and I favor extremely sweet moist bread (such as chocolate cake). Fortunately, this place had something we both enjoyed eating-the praluline. It has became both of our favorite pastry in the world!
I highly recommend trying it when you find yourself in France.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - John F.Richmond, Estados Unidos122412 de abr de 2018
May be the best thing I've ever eaten! I'd give it more stars if I could. Last year we signed up for a chocolate & pastry tour. Our guide took us to this fabulous bakery & chocolatier where he had us try THE ITEM they're famous for: la praluline: a French, brioche-shaped pastry with ribbons of sugary pink deliciousness containing glazed pralines. OMG! To me, if it's not chocolate, it's not worth the calories...,but this is. A MUST TRY for anyone who enjoys food. I'm bringing one back to share with friends. It's that good. Unless I eat it all first!
